Cloth, lining, buttons, silhouette — every part of the garment is yours to decide. We keep hundreds of cloths from British mills, and we cut a pattern for one person only: you.
L’ECRIN is a made-to-measure house in Saza-cho, Kitamatsuura-gun, Nagasaki. We work by appointment, one customer at a time, so there is time to talk through what you actually want before anything is cut.

Visiting Japan?
Guests often reach us after being told elsewhere that what they had in mind cannot be made. It usually can.
A suit cut for your body rather than for a size chart. A traditional Japanese pattern made up as the lining, where only you will see it. Your name embroidered inside in kanji. And a professional interpreter with us for the fitting, at no charge to you.
