L’ECRIN is a made-to-measure house in Saza-cho, Kitamatsuura-gun, Nagasaki, working by appointment only. Cloth, lining, buttons and silhouette are all chosen by the person who will wear the garment.

How we work
We keep hundreds of cloths from British mills, and we cut a pattern for one person only. Nothing begins from a size label.
- One customer at a time, with the salon to themselves
- Cloth, lining, buttons and silhouette chosen by the person who will wear the garment
- A basted fitting can be added when you want to see the shape on yourself before the cloth is finally cut
- A professional interpreter for guests from overseas, at no charge

Founder and tailor. Thirteen years of cutting and fitting, and the person you will be talking to from the first appointment to the last.
Standard lead time: approximately 45 days from the date your order is placed.
